DFI-ITOX Elevated to Associate Status in
Intel® Embedded and Communications Alliance
TAIPEI, TAIWAN (August 26, 2008) -- DFI Inc., a leading embedded product solution supplier,
today announced that DFI-ITOX has been elevated from Affiliate to Associate status in the
Intel® Embedded and Communications Alliance (Intel® ECA), a community of communications
and embedded developer solution providers. DFI-ITOX achieved this distinction by consistently
demonstrating its commitment to innovation and through its ability to meet customer demands
for the highest-quality boards ranging in form-factors from Mini-ITX through ATX.
Since its launch in 1981, DFI, Inc. has become one of the world's "Top 10" manufacturers of
motherboards for use in the home and office PC marketplaces. As the United States affiliate of
DFI-ACP, the company's applied computing products division, ITOX produces long-life, revision-
